Pretty much guaranteed that any time you go here, things will be slow. It's ridiculous to have to sit in the drive through for 10 minutes just for a blizzard, and that's even when they aren't busy! I've had my food given to the vehicle in front of me multiple times.
Sure hope they try to step this place up. -

This location was very dirty and unorganized. Waited around 20 minutes before we were helped while
employees were standing around and talking. Seating area was dirty and Blizzard machine was coated in old ice cream and toppings. No apologies about the wait or compensation of any kind, just seemed like a lack of customer service. -

Disappointing! Sent my husband there to grab a couple of things. Was advised that despite the information on the Dairy Queen website and specials in the app that they do not have the chicken basket deal there! They were very rude and not at all accommodating or professional. The attitude was not at all deserved!

The wait here is soooo long and if you order food at the drive through expect to pull out of line and wait a long time. Also this was the first time that I've ever walked in and I won't be back! The place was filthy, foods on the counters and floors, four people working, three of them just standing around talking and nobody cleaning.

Long waits, make you pull ahead and park so they look like they are serving things faster to their corporate office. Ridiculous.
Also took away the "happy hour", so now you have to pay a really high price for a shake that isn't worth the $5.00 they charge! Will not be going back, and hope none of you go their either.
